1 spaghetti squash (cut in half and roast in oven. use fork to separate spaghetti strands.)
tomatoes/canned tomatoe paste
Meat of choice:
i used 94/6 ground beef and mixed in an egg, Jalepenos and cayenne pepper and made 3 patties w/ 1 lb of meat.
Add other spices to taste.

Good Soup
1/2 cup trader joes butternut squash soup
1/2 cup water
Veggies of choice:
1/2 cup Zucchini
1/2 cup cucumber
1 cup minced Cauliflower
mini carrots - quartered
Cayenne pepper - to taste
Meat of Choice:
4-5 oz of slow cooked sirloin roast
10 shrimps
Boil for 15 minutes or so to soften vegies. very tasty.

2-3 egg whites
a few oz of slowcooked sirloin roast
about 1/2 cup of mixed peppers
about 1 cup of spinach
1/2 of 1 small avocado
lemon juice

mix it all together
